Access the Fanatics Fest Hub in the Fanatics App

‍Your tickets, schedule, maps, exclusives, and more are all in the Fanatics App. Download or open the app and visit the Fanatics Fest Hub to get ready for the biggest weekend in sports.

This year, you’ll need the App to access your tickets and enter the event.  ‍
‍Download or open the Fanatics App today and head to the Fanatics Fest Hub to get started.

Once you’ve downloaded the app, you’ll also be able to:  
‍

  • Access your Fanatics Fest tickets & save to Apple or Google wallet

  • Transfer tickets to friends and family

  • Stay up to date with important event information and scheduling

  • Check your FanCash balance*

    ‍*New for 2026: FanCash can now be earned and redeemed throughout Fanatics Fest with participating dealers, brands, retail locations, and Javits concessions. Look for FanCash signage throughout the show floor to find participating locations once you arrive.

How to access tickets & save to digital wallet
  • In the Fanatics Fest Hub, select My Tickets.
  • Choose Access Your Fanatics Fest Tickets.
  • Select Print/View Tickets to display your unique ticket QR code(s).
  • For the fastest entry at the event, add your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet before you arrive.

How to transfer tickets
  1. In the Fanatics Fest Hub, go to Access Your Fanatics Fest Tickets to view all tickets included in your order.
  2. Select Transfer Item in the top-right corner.
  3. Enter the email address of the person you'd like to send the ticket to.
    • Be sure to use the email associated with their Fanatics ONE account.
    • Don't have a Fanatics ONE account? It's free to create one here.
  4. Choose the ticket(s) you want to transfer, confirm the transfer terms, and select Transfer.

Once your transfer is submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email.

The ticket will show as Pending until the recipient accepts the transfer. If the person you transferred the tickets to can't find the ticket transfer email, ask them to check their Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders.

After they accept, you'll receive another email confirming the transfer is complete.

I’m an international fan, how can I access the Fanatics App and my tickets?

We're excited to welcome fans from around the world to Fanatics Fest NYC! If you're traveling internationally, here's everything you need to know about accessing your tickets and getting into the event.

Step 1: Try Downloading the Fanatics App

Once you arrive in the United States, we recommend trying to download the Fanatics Fest app first.

Please note that app availability is determined by your Apple App Store or Google Play account—not your physical location. This means some international visitors may still be unable to download the app, even after arriving in the U.S., depending on their account settings.

If you're able to download the app, you'll have access to your tickets and event information all in one place.

If You Can't Download the App

If you're unable to download the app, don't worry—we've got you covered.

We'll send your tickets directly to the email address used to purchase them. From there, you can:

  • Print your tickets before you arrive, or
  • Save them to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for quick and easy entry.
