Yes. A general admission ticket to Fanatics Fest is required to attend the event. Paid Autograph & Photo Experiences are purchased separately from your admission ticket.
This year, Fanatics Fest will offer select free photo op experiences. Please visit the talent page on our website for more information.
Autographs and Photo Ops are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. If a session sells out, it will be marked “Sold Out” on the website and at the event. When a session is listed as Sold Out, it means no additional sessions are currently available. In rare cases before the event, inventory may reopen if another guest exchanges or returns their session, so it’s worth checking the website periodically for updates. If Photo Ops are still available once you arrive at the event, they can be purchased onsite up until 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
No. Autographs & Photo Ops are sold separately. Buying one does not include the other, so you will need to purchase each individually if you want both.
Yes. Fans may bring their own items to be signed during Autograph sessions. Talent will sign one item per Autograph purchased. Please note that items will not be provided, so fans must bring their own item to be signed. Items will also be available for purchase at the Fanatics Fest Superstore. Talent reserves the right to refuse to sign any item.
An inscription is a short, personalized message written alongside an autograph, such as “To my #1 Fan,” “Happy Birthday,” or another brief dedication. Inscriptions are not included with the purchase of an Autograph and require an additional purchase. Pricing for inscriptions will be listed on the purchase page. An Autograph must be purchased first before an inscription can be added.
Each Autograph session allows a maximum of two adults to wait in line per Autograph ticket, with children under the age of 12 welcome to accompany them. Only one Autograph is included per ticket purchased. If more than two adults wish to wait in line or if you’d like additional Autographs, another Autograph ticket will be required.
Each Photo Op allows a maximum of four people (not including the talent).
Yes! Markers will be provided at the Autograph area for use during the Autograph sessions. You do not need to bring your own pen or marker.
Photos are taken on a professional camera in front of a backdrop. Each Photo Op includes one physical copy of your photo. The physical copy will be printed and provided to you on-site. A digital copy of your photo can be purchased separately either on-site or online. Instructions for purchasing a digital copy will be included in the confirmation email sent after your Photo Op purchase. Customer service questions can be directed to https://support.epic.leapevent.tech/s/contactsupport.
We recommend arriving at least 15-30 minutes before your scheduled Autograph or Photo Experience to ensure you have enough time to check-in and navigate to the appropriate area. On the day(s) of the event, refunds are not available for missed Autograph or Photo Experiences. It is important to arrive on time as sessions operate on a strict schedule.
Fanatics Fest has the right to turn away or remove inappropriate items or prohibited items. Items with foul language or inappropriate imagery is not permitted. Talent always maintains the right to refuse to sign any item. Please visit the Safety and Security FAQs to see a list of prohibited items.
If a session is canceled, you will be notified, and options for refunds or exchanges will be provided.
Gift-giving is not permitted at Fanatics Fest. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
The last day for refunds was Wednesday, July 1 at 11:59 PM ET. Tickets are non-refundable after that date, with an exception should a talent cancel their appearance. Please also be aware that fees are non-refundable when requesting a refund! To submit a refund request, please contact our support team here.
Refunds are not available for missed sessions. It is important to arrive on time, as sessions operate on a strict schedule. If you have two sessions scheduled at the same time, please notify the staff or crew managing your line and they will do their best to help you move through quickly so you do not miss your other session.
No. Selfies and posed photos on personal devices are not permitted. However, you may take a photo of your item while it is being signed during an Autograph session. Thank you for your understanding.
To access an autograph signing, you must have a valid autograph ticket for that athlete. When it’s your turn, head to the signing table and present your item and ticket to staff.
Before or during the signing, staff will ask if you’d like a Fanatics authenticity hologram added to your item. This is completely optional:
If you choose authentication, the hologram is placed immediately as part of the signing process—so be sure to stay at the table until it’s completed. Once you leave, you won’t be able to return later to add a hologram to that item.
After the event, you can verify your authenticated item anytime at: https://www.fanatics.com/fansecure
Important: Authentication is only available at the time of signing and is provided free at the table.
