Javits Center is committed to making our facilities and services accessible to people with disabilities. Our campus features sidewalk ramps and automatic doors at all street levels, as well as accessible restrooms and elevators. Motorized devices may be used by people with mobility impairments subject to reasonable safety restrictions. For questions and concerns regarding accessibility, please call the Security and Safety Solutions Department at (212) 216-2196 during operating hours or send an e-mail to our ADA Coordinator at ADA@javitscenter.com. For accessibility questions relating to an event you are attending, please contact the event organizer directly.
Guide dogs and service animals (as defined by the ADA) are welcome at the Center provided they are leashed. Service animals are limited to dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. No other animals are permitted in the Javits Center except as part of an approved exhibit, activity or performance legitimately requiring the use of animals. Although emotional support animals and/or comfort animals are often used as part of a medical treatment plan as therapy animals, they are not service animals and therefore are not permitted in the Javits Center.
Fanatics Fest NYC provides ADA credentials to individuals who may have mobility, physical, vision, hearing, cognitive, psychological, or any other type of disabilities that may not be visible. These credentials may be picked up on site only (no application necessary) at the ADA Desk at Registration located in the Javits Center Crystal Palace - 11th Avenue and 36th Street. An ADA sticker identifies you to Staff, Crew, and Security and indicates that you may need additional assistance.

We provide expedited line access for all autographs and photo ops. Please be advised that our guests often sign for limited amounts of time, so we ask you to arrive closer to the beginning of the signing time. When our guest reaches capacity, we will close the line.
A limited number of wheelchairs are available at no fee from the Javits Concierge Desk located on the Crystal Palace level of the Center.Attendees will be required to leave a driver’s license or credit card. When the chair is returned, the license or card is returned. A limited number of electric scooters are also available to rent for a fee. These vehicles are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. Yes, fans are permitted to bring their medically necessary items into the event. Please note, your bag is subject to search by security.
One companion will be permitted to accompany each ADA guest. Companions must purchase a General Admission ticket to enter the event.
Yes, all public restrooms are accessible.
Strobing lights, amplified sounds, and large crowds are quite common at our show. Please be aware of your surroundings and consider taking "stimulation breaks" as needed. However, if you leave during a seated session, we cannot guarantee your seat will be held until you return.
The Fanatics Fest NYC team will consider any request by a guest with a disability for reasonable modification of its policies, practices, or procedures or for auxiliary aids and services that will permit the guest equal enjoyment of the services offered at the event.
