  • Smoke grenades, flares, fireworks, pyrotechnics, or other incendiary devices

  • Cameras with detachable lenses, GoPros, wearable video cameras, tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks
  • Laser pointers, air horns, whistles, and other noise-making devices

  • Balloons, balls, confetti, glitter, stickers, decals, banners, flags, signs, and display materials
  • Animals, except trained service animals
  • Bags larger than 16" x 12" x 6". Clear bags are strongly encouraged to expedite security screening and venue entry.
  • Any item deemed hazardous, disruptive, or inappropriate by Fanatics Fest security personnel

The safety and security of our fans, staff, and exhibitors are our priority. We work closely with the Javits, corporate security, and state, local, and federal law enforcement authorities to identify risks, assess them, and develop security plans for our events. Everyone attending Fanatics Fest should be aware that the following are in place:

  • Security personnel may approach you to assist outside, at entry, or inside the event.
  • Bag checks will be in operation at our events.
  • Walkthrough or hand-held scanners may be in operation at our events.
  • CCTV monitoring and recording will be in effect.
  • Uniformed and covert Security Guards and law enforcement officers will be at the event.
  • Canine Security and Detection may be present at certain times.

Everyone attending Fanatics Fest is requested to:

  • Keep personal belongings with you at all times and don't leave any items unattended. Fanatics Fest is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Report any suspicious or unusual behavior to staff, security, or crew.
  • Remain patient and courteous during security checks. Our goal is to keep everyone safe and get you inside the building as quickly as possible.
  • Follow all instructions from event staff and security.
  • Carry a valid photo ID at all times.

  2. Meet and Greets: Card Members can check the Amex Fan Experience for timing of daily meet and greets with some of your favorite athletes on a first-come, first serve basis. Space is limited.
  3. Dedicated Checkout Lines: Take advantage of dedicated Amex Card Member checkout lines at Fanatics Brands “Kit Lab”, Real Vintage, and Fanatics Flagship Store located in Merchandise Village to get back to the action faster.
  4. Exclusive Merch: Amex Card Members get exclusive access to purchase limited-edition Fanatics merchandise items available only at Fanatics Brands “The Kit Lab” and Real Vintage shops within Merchandise Village, while supplies last.
